Stretch your body and your mind through a pairing of yoga asanas (postures) and writing prompts designed to help you access your creative flow. Even if you don’t consider yourself a writer, artistic journaling can liberate your imaginative fire, energize your creativity, and help you unblock a unique, fresh, and fiercely authentic voice.
Michelle Dowd is a certified yoga teacher, Yoga Alliance Accredited RYT 200 Instructor, and a tenured creative writing professor. She believes in the power of art to liberate our minds, bodies and spirits.
No yoga experience necessary! Please bring a journal, a pen and an open mind.
