Community Yoga Classes This Summer!
with graduates of the Spiral Path Yoga Teacher Training
Select Saturdays from 4:00-5:00pm

Our donation-based community yoga class is back this summer! Join us for class on select Saturday afternoons for an hour-long practice session. The upcoming dates are:

August 5 – with Kim – special invitation to tweens/teens to join in, alongside parents & grownup yogis!
August 12 – with Nancy
August 26 – with Rachel

The teachers are certified instructors and graduates of the Spiral Path Yoga teacher training program. Unwind, loosen up, and get stronger!

These sessions are supported by attendee donations (pay what you can). No one is turned away from a donation class for lack of funds. Spread the word and help us share yoga more widely with our community!

All levels are welcome, including first-time yogis.

Teen Yoga – Class Series

6 Wednesdays this Fall, 4:30-5:30 – Starts 9/13!

Bring a friend and join Rachel Gonzalez, RYT-200, for Teen Yoga classes here at Spiral Path this Fall!

For teens in 9th-12th grades, all levels welcome. The Teen Yoga classes are a 6-week series on Wednesdays at 4:30, starting on September 13th. Classes meet for 60 minutes. Expect stress-relieving movement and mindfulness, empowering yoga poses, and fun music!

We have partnered with Rachel to offer this Teen Yoga series at the studio. For that reason, registration/payment for this series is directly through the instructor. Please visit Rachel’s website, samatree.com for more details and to sign up.

Yoga for Anxiety & Depression
Workshop with Marta E. Weiss
Saturday, September 16, 2:00-4:00pm

Please join us for a 2-hour workshop that will focus on the therapeutic benefits of yoga. Through this workshop you will learn yogic philosophy, asana and meditation practices that can be applied to the symptoms of anxiety and depression. Discover how the ancient healing science of Yoga enhances well being and provides tools for self care.

The workshop will be led by Marta E. Weiss, MA, YTRx-500, E-RYT 200, IAYT. Marta is a certified Yoga Therapist and member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists. She teaches a weekly Yoga for Back Care class here at Spiral Path Yoga Center.
